TAX PREPARATION & ADVISORY
1040 $175
All other forms are $25 per additional form.
LLC/C-Corp/S Corp $375
If the firm has to prepare the financial statements it will be $75 per month prepared. All 12 months $900.
Business Advisory - $175 per hour or $2,000 for a yearly contract.
mEDIATION - bUSINESS AND FAMILY
We bill by the hour of actual mediation time.
Family - $175 per hour
Business - $175 per hour
No mediation will be started by the mediator until there is a signed mediation agreement by all parties involved.
BUSINESS ADVISORY & FORMATIONS
We bill by the hour or on a contract basis.
By the hour: $175 per hour
Three Months: $1,575.00 for 3 sessions a month for 3 months
Six Months: $3,150 for 3 session a month for 6 months.
Full year: $6,300 for3 sessions a month for 12 months.
Fractional CFO Services - fee will depend on the size of the project and scope.
Business Formations: $900
This includes the entity book preparation, filing with the state, EIN number, DBA Ad, Minutes, Articles of Organization / Incorporation. S-Corp, C-Corp, LLC
